Second Book – Empowered Collaboration

I am proud to announce that I have a second book published. Empowered Collaboration introduces Purpose‑Led Peer Groups (PPGs), a next‑generation model for employee networks that blends belonging with capability building to deliver measurable business results. Unlike traditional ERGs, PPGs embed learning, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration directly into daily work.

Updating Site

Went through a painful experience to update the stack. It went offline and took 4 weeks to troubleshoot. At the end, had a stale http address listed in the nu8m.com registry. Some items left to evaluate are:

  • ways to keep the https address from changing with a reboot/restart of the web service
  • automated backups to use if the website needs recovered

Shift together the first five ingredients in a large bowl. Combine eggs and milk; add to flour mixture, sitting just until dry ingredients are moistened. Add melted butter and chocolate morsels, stirring just until combined.

For each pancake, pour about 2 tablespoons batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Yields: 18 (4-inc h) pancakes.

The Delaware Heritage Cookbook

The above instructions are as written in the source book. The personal substitutions are in the right-hand column.

I use a cast-iron griddle on a gas range. I set the temperature so the pancakes cook enough in three minutes per side.

I use either the 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup to dispense the batter onto the griddle.

This is from an episode, Three Chips for Sister Marsha | Good Eats | Food Network.

For Christmas I would substitute either Christmas Chips or M&M’s in the recipes.

Christmas-time Beer

Old Fezziwig Clone All Grain Recipe (homebrewing.org)

For beer this year, I am trying the Old Fezziwig clone. I added extra Ginger and gave it a little-more kick. Over time the ginger will mellow, so after Christmas it should be a nice Winter beer.
